UK Delivery
Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 for orders under £100.
Free UK Delivery
Free UK delivery is available on all UK orders over £100.
1-2 Day Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday.
2-5 Day Delivery
Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or courier delays.
Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect information or failure to collect, additional charges may apply.
If a parcel is delayed or lost because of courier error and not customer fault, we will investigate and resolve the matter in line with our responsibilities, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.
A parcel may be returned if:
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
- The parcel is not collected after courier or Royal Mail notification
- Delivery is refused
- The addressee is unknown or the address is inaccessible
If this happens, we may:
- Re-send the parcel, subject to payment of a new delivery charge
- Cancel the order and refund the goods only, minus any original delivery or return fees incurred
