By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
Products
We aim to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings or lighting.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund or suitable alternative where appropriate.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment is taken securely through our checkout using the payment methods available at the time of purchase. We do not store full card details on our website.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatching the goods.
Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean the order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where products are unavailable, payment has not been authorised, details are incorrect or we suspect fraud or misuse.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 for orders under £100. Free UK delivery is available on all UK orders over £100.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday. Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or courier delays.
Please make sure your delivery details are accurate. If a parcel is returned because of incorrect information or failure to collect, additional delivery charges may apply.
Returns and Refunds
If you are a UK consumer, you usually have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you then usually have 14 days to return the goods.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in a resaleable condition with original tags and packaging where possible.
We may refuse or reduce a refund where returned goods show signs of use, wear, damage, odour, washing, alteration or missing tags beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method. Your bank or card statement may show Kettlebrookdesign Ltd for refunds.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Where goods are confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a suitable remedy in line with your statutory rights. This may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates or exclusions. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw promotions where necessary.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, product photography, text, graphics and design, belongs to Kunst Studio, Kettlebrookdesign Ltd or its licensors. You must not copy, reproduce or use website content without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, business losses, loss of profit or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights under the laws of the part of the UK where you live.
