Your Right To Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To request a return, please notify us by email within this 14-day period. Include your order number and confirm that you would like to return your item.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging where possible
- Sent back within 14 days of your cancellation notice
- Returned with your order number and contact details included
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us first with your order number and the item you would like instead.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will advise you on the available options.
UK exchanges may be sent free of charge where appropriate. Exclusions may apply.
Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photographs so we can review the problem quickly.
Where a fault or fulfilment error is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
